SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FREE local pick-up from Mt Lawley or Mount Helena. Delivery to Perth metro areas can be arranged. Please contact us to make arrangements.
We post AUSTRALIA WIDE using Australia Post.

Delivery time -Australia post Express post service is 1-3 days to metro areas only. Longer wait times may apply for rural deliveries and deliveries to the N.T. Due to Covid 19 Australia Post has advised there may be delays in delivery. Please refer to Australia Post website directly for more information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Conscious Party Co. aims to ensure all our customers are happy with their items!

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. Please choose your quantities and bag designs carefully. Nonetheless, if the bag or any of the items within the bag are faulty, please contact The Conscious Party Co. within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will happily work with you to rectify the issue. Returned items must be posted or returned to The Conscious Party Co. within 7 days of contacting us.
Perishable food items cannot be returned due to food safety.
In the event of extraordinary circumstance The Conscious Party Co. may consider a refund for a non-custom order. This is at the discretion of the Conscious Party Co. The following conditions apply; the buyers is responsible for all return postage costs, the items must be in their original saleable condition otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify The Conscious Party Co., as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Custom or Personalised bags and personalised products:Can not be cancelled
The Conscious Party Co. themed bags:
For orders of 6 or more a 24hr cooling down period applies, after which the order cannot be cancelled.
For orders of 5 or less the following cancellation conditions apply:
1)The Conscious Party Co receives the written request to cancel the order no less than 1 week prior to the arranged pick-up/delivery date.
2) Orders cannot be cancelled after goods have been shipped. (Please note we will ship the order as soon as it is ready and this might be before the 1 week cut off as per point 1).

Our customers have the right to cancel all or part of an order within 24hours of order payment and
acknowledgement from The Conscious Party Co.Orders cannot be cancelled after goods have been shipped

DISCLAIMERS AND WARNINGS
All of our party bags and products contain small parts which may be a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under the age of 3 years and require parent supervision at all times.

The Conscious Party Co. does not accept damage or harm to persons or property caused by the items sold by us.
The Conscious Party Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
For legal reasons, The Conscious Party Co. are unable to use any licensed/copyrighted/trademarked characters or logos in our designs. Thank you for your understanding in this, and helping spread respect to all artists.
Due to the differences in monitor brightness and contrast settings, there could be some slight differences in the colour depicted on the website and the actual item.
